Description: Brownies

Ingredients:
 g Dates, raw, flesh and skin, weighed with stones
 ml Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
 g Bournville Cocoa powder (HCP added*)
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Oil, olive
 g Aldi, Full Fat Soft Cheese (HCP added*)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 170c/150cFan/Gas 3/4.
  2. Whisk egg together the cream, oil, Truvia 12g & vanilla. 
  3. Mix the cocoa with 10 ml warm water then beat into the cream cheese.
  4. Add KetoCal powder, Barkat & the egg mixture
  5. Mix well.
  6. Bake in small loaf tin approximately 5inch x 3inch for approximately 20 mins.
  7. Cool for 10 mins before turning out. Can be eaten warm or cold.
  8. They are easy to batch up and freeze. If batch cooking, multiple the ingredients by the number of brownies you want to make and cut into even slices when cooked.

Can be used as an evening snack.
