courgette bread

Description: easy to make and make ahead 

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Courgette, raw
 g Whitworths Ground Almonds

Directions:

1 great the courgette then dry off as much water using kitchen paper or a clean tea towel
2 in a bowl mix everything together to form a thick batter season with salt and pepper 
3 place into a small loaf tin (you can use muffin tins to make small rolls) bake at 170oc for 20/25 minutes until golden and set 
4 allow to cool then keep in a tin until need but this bread freezes really nice
