Ingredients:
 ml Elmlea, double cream, 100% plant (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Milk, whole, pasteurised, average
 g Oil, olive
 g Raspberries, raw

Directions:

Beat egg and milk
Mix in the Ketocal powder
add olive oil to a pan and warm up
Once warm, add the pancake mixture and cook till golden brown
whisk cream with  sugar free sweetener
serve pancake with cream dolloped on top with raspberries
