Description: Cook celeriac in oil in oven 
mix lamb mince with egg and fry 
cook Large mushrooms and use as a 'bun' for burger
serve mayo with chips

 g Celeriac, raw
 g Oil, vegetable, average
 ml Mayonnaise Hellmanns Full Fat (HCP added*)
 g Tomatoes, standard, raw
