Vegan scrambled egg on toast NW 01.09.22

Description: am easy to make meal and can be frozen and batch cooked

Ingredients:
 g Seriously low carb loaf (HCP added*)
 g Pom Bear cheese & onion crisps (HCP added*)
 g Flora Buttery Spread (HCP added*)
 g Ackee fruit
 g Tomatoes, cherry, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Peppers, capsicum, green, raw
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Ground cumin, tesco (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive

Directions:


Chop the ackee, tomatoes, onions, peppers into small dice,
Heat the olive oil over low heat and add the vegetables and slowly cook until soften 
Add the garlic and ground cumin season with salt and pepper and fry for another 2 minutes 
In the meantime weigh and toast the bread and add spread.
Serve eggs on toast with pom bears on the side.
