Tuna and tomato

Description: No cooking essential, great meal for anytime of the day.

Ingredients:
 ml Liquigen
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Tuna, canned in brine, drained
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 g Spinach, baby, raw
 g Tomatoes, standard, raw
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender along with the amount of water you require, blend until smooth.
