Sausage and cauliflower mash NW 7.10.22

Description: Sausage and cauliflower mash with gravy.

Ingredients:
 g Oil, sunflower
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Quorn bangers (HCP added*)
 g Cauliflower, raw
 g Flora Plant Butter (HCP added*)
 ml Elmlea Plant double cream (HCP added*)
 g Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot (HCP added*)
 g Water, distilled

Directions:

Fry sausage with oil
Boil cauliflower in a pan and drain, mash with the cream and butter. Mix stock pot with boiled water and serve over the sausage and cauliflower mash.
Serve with steamed carrots and butter.
