3:1 Batch cook MCT fish pie -RG 17/6/23

This can be batch cooked.

Ingredients:
 g Mustard, smooth
 g Oil, olive
 g Potatoes, old, raw, flesh only
 ml MCT Oil
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Cod, flesh only, raw

Directions:

  1. Boil celeriac until tender
  2. Cook cod in the olive oil
  3. measure out the boiled celeriac and mash with mustard, mct oil and double cream
  4. Serve the fish, making sure to scrape all the oil from the pan. Mash with the back of a fork
  5. Combine the mashed celeriac with the mashed fish and serve



For batch cooking, multiply all ingredients (Except MCT oil) by how ever many portions required (MCT oil can be added per portion after thawing). Let cool completely before freezing
