 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

Add avocado, tinned chopped tomatoes and garlic puree into a bowl with olive oil, mash with fork
