Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Flour, Almond (HCP added*)
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 ml Flour, coconut, EastEnd (HCP added*)
 g Cocoa powder
 g Butter, salted
 ml Milk, soya, original, Alpro (HCP added*)
 ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
 g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)
 g Water, distilled
 g Raspberries, raw

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 170C/gas mark 3.
  2. Mix KetoCal powder, almond flour, baking powder, coconut flour and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  3. Combine melted butter, soya milk and egg, mix thoroughly until mixture falls easily from spoon (add small amounts of water if necessary).
  4. Add a squirt of sweetener.
  5. Spoon mixture into a muffin tray.
  6. Cook for 30-35 mins.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  8. Serve raspberries on the side.
