Ingredients:
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Flour, Almond (HCP added*)
g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
ml Flour, coconut, EastEnd (HCP added*)
g Cocoa powder
g Butter, salted
ml Milk, soya, original, Alpro (HCP added*)
ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)
g Water, distilled
g Raspberries, raw
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 170C/gas mark 3.
- Mix KetoCal powder, almond flour, baking powder, coconut flour and cocoa powder in a bowl.
- Combine melted butter, soya milk and egg, mix thoroughly until mixture falls easily from spoon (add small amounts of water if necessary).
- Add a squirt of sweetener.
- Spoon mixture into a muffin tray.
- Cook for 30-35 mins.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Serve raspberries on the side.
