Ingredients:
ml Calogen Neutral
g Onions, raw
ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
g Butter, salted
g Mixed herbs, dried
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
Directions:
- crack open 1 large egg, whisk it and weigh it out ,
- Whisk the weighed out egg white into a bowl along with weighed out calogen and double cream
- weigh out the butter and chopped onions
- Put the butter in the frying pan and put on medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and cook till softened
- Pour in the weighed egg mixture to the frying pan, mix to scramble on a low heat so the scrambled eggs become soft and not dry
- serve scrambled egg (making sure to scrape all the oil from the pan).
Please note, these weights must be precise to control seizures.
