Avocado puree with Salmon

Avocado puree with salmon and mayo.
Ingredients:
g Avocado, average, flesh only
g Lemon juice, fresh
g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
g Salmon, wild, flesh only, raw
g Oil, olive
g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)
g Butter, unsalted
Directions:
Add avocado, garlic purée and oil into a bowl or food processor. mix until desired consistency achieved then spoon mixture onto a plate. Wrap the salmon in tin foil and top with the butter, seal and cook in the oven, allow to cool and then place the salmon and any remaining butter on to the plate with the avocado puree and serve with the mayonnaise on the side and a squeeze of lemon over the salmon.
