Creamy strawberry pot

Description: Creamy strawberry snack

Ingredients:
 g Strawberries, raw
 ml Mascarpone Cheese (Tesco) (HCP added*)
 ml Cream, double, Avonmore (HCP added*)
 g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)

Directions:

Take stalks off strawberries and place in a processor with the cream and mascarpone and a squirt of sweetener if desired, bend to desired consistency. Spoon mixture into a pot and place in the fridge to chill.
