2:1 chicken in gravy - SC 1/3/2023

Ingredients:
 g Mitie turkey in gravy (HCP added*)
 g Carrots, frozen, boiled in unsalted water
 g Cauliflower, boiled in unsalted water
 g Mitie mashed potato (HCP added*)
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)
 ml Calogen Neutral

Directions:

1. Heat the sliced turkey and gravy as per instruction, and weigh out correct portion
2. boil cauliflower and weigh out correct portion when cooked
3. Boil carrot and weigh out correct portion
4. Weigh out calogen and mayonnaise and mix together, and put in little pot on plate, for dipping.
5. Serve turkey, cut in to little strips, alongside cauliflower and carrots with mayonnaise dip beside them.
