Ingredients:
 g Protifar
 g Bananas, flesh only
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 ml Liquigen
 ml Calogen Neutral

Directions:

Either take all ingredients together in a smoothie OR
Mix ketocal with liquigen, calogen, protifar and eat banana
