Description: easy to make breakfast blend 

Ingredients:
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g Yogurt, Greek style, plain
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Oil, olive
 g Strawberries, raw
 g Water, distilled

Directions:

1 add everything onto the blender and pulse until smooth
notes........
you can blend fruit, yogurt, cream, almond's, then freeze until needed
once defrosted then blend again with water and ketocal
