Courgette and carrot Muffins.

Description: Light savoury snack

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
 g Courgette, raw
 g Cream, whipping, UHT
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Cheese, Cheddar, English
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 180˚C (350 F)
2. Grate the courgettes finely.
3. Mix all ingredients together. Add salt/pepper according to taste.
4. Pour into silicone or paper muffin cases.
5. Bake for approx. 10/15 minutes until golden brown.
