Description: Rhubarb and fruit yoghurt

Ingredients:
 ml Liquigen
 g Flaxseed, Linwoods (HCP added*)
 g Alpro Plain no sugars (yoghurt) (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 g Strawberries, raw
 g Apples, eating, raw, flesh and skin
 g Raspberries, raw
 g Meridian peanut butter smooth (HCP added*)

Directions:

Cook rhubarb. Blend!
