Description: quick and easy keto salad

Ingredients:
 g Spinach, baby, raw
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 g Tomatoes, cherry, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Cheese, Feta
 g Black olives
 g Oil, olive
 g Lemon juice, fresh

Directions:

1, chop into bite size pieces the cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and spring onions.
2, in a bowl add the spinach leaves crumble over the feta and chopped vegetables, 
3 in a jug mix the lemon juice with the olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
4 pour over the dressing and toss everything together until well coated.
