1:1 Pancake with fruit O.S.

Description: Breakfast pancakes.

Ingredients:
 g Oil, olive
 g Strawberries, raw
 g Flour, plain (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 ml Milk, Soya, Light, Alpro (HCP added*)
 ml Sainsbury's Double Cream (HCP added*)

Directions:


1) Reserve fruit for serving.
2) Mix together the ground almonds, cream and Alpro.
3) Heat the oil in a non stick frying pan.
4) When hot pour in the batter mixture and cook until brown underneath and set on top then flip over to cook the other side or pop under a hot grill.
5) Serve with the banana 10g or  50g Strawberries
