Description: Sausage Roll & Fruit and cream for dessert

Ingredients:
 g Sausages, pork, The Black Farmer (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, Mozzarella, fresh
 g Ground almonds, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g fiber flour (HCP added*)
 g Mangoes, ripe, raw, flesh only
 g Sainsbury greek natural yoghurt (HCP added*)
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)

Directions:


Reserve these 3 ingredients - Fruit (mango), Greek yoghurt & 30g Double cream for dessert
Makes 2 sausage rolls (1 for main meal) Remove sausage from skin
Preheat oven to 170c/Fan 150/Gas 4
Melt Mozzarella in the Microwave then mix in the ground almonds, fibre flour, & egg
Mix will to form a dough
Roll out to the dough to fit the sausage meat, in baking parchment paper
Roll the sausage to fit the dough and fold in
Cut into 2 equal portions
Bake for 20-25 Mins until cook through


Dessert:
Mix Mango, Greek yoghurt (40g), and double cream (30g)
