Description: Mushroom soup with toast

Ingredients:
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Onions, raw
 ml Cream, Double Asda (HCP added*)
 g Hovis Nimble Wholemeal (HCP added*)
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Stock cubes, vegetable
 g Violife grated (HCP added*)

Directions:

chop onions and mushrooms and fry in olive oil and butter
add stock 
add double cream just before serving
blend with stick blender
serve with toast/bread on the side
