Description: 2:1  boiled egg and coleslaw

Ingredients:
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Cabbage, average, raw
 g Carrots, young, raw
 g Violife grated (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, boiled
 g Mayonnaise, standard, retail
 g Oil, olive
 g Apples, eating, raw, flesh and skin
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin

Directions:

Grate carrot, half the apple and cabbage
Mix with olive oil and mayonnaise
Chop egg
Serve with apple, avocado and cucumber on the side
