3:1 pork bolognese - MB 9/11/23

Ingredients:
 g Pork, mince, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs only, raw
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Oil, olive
 ml Calogen Neutral
 g Creme fraiche, full fat
 g Mushrooms, white, raw

Directions:

Finely chop spring onion bulbs and carrots
add olive oil to a pan and once hot add the onion and carrot
Stir fry or 2 minutes or until starting to soften. (you can add water to stop it from sticking)
Add pork mince, finely chopped mushrooms, calogen, tinned tomato and a pinch of dried herbs, then cook for a further 5 minutes
Once everything is cooked and tender, scrape all contents onto a plate
Dollop creme fraiche on top and serve
