plantain crisps

Description: great snack or as a side dish 

Ingredients:
 g Plantain, green flesh, raw
 g Oil, grapeseed
 g Salt

Directions:

peel and slice the plantain.
heat the oil over med/high heat. 
fry the sliced plantain on both sides until golden. 
remove from the pan and season with salt,
