2:1 porridge - LM 12/12/23

Ingredients:
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g Porridge oats, unfortified
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Oil, olive
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)

Directions:

Heat the Ketocal LQ and oil together gently until warm
blend the oats and almonds to a fine powder (this will help thicken the porridge) - you can use a coffee grinder or a food processor, motor and pestle (any piece of equipment you may have)
Stir the ground powder into the warmed ketocal and oil
Add the ketocal powder and stir. If it is too thick, add some warmed water to alter consistency
