Ingredients:
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Bananas, flesh only
 g Cinnamon, ground
 g Ginger, ground
 g Nutmeg, ground
 ml Ketovie 4:1 Peptide (HCP added*)
 ml MCT Oil
 g Biona raw virgin coconut oil (HCP added*)
 g Honey
 g Protifar

Directions:

Blend all ingredients to a smooth, runny honey / single cream consistency
