Description: Fish pie meal with MCT 1 to 1 blended dairy free

Ingredients:
 g Celeriac, raw
 ml MCT Oil
 g Super Soluble Maxijul
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Tuna, canned in sunflower oil, drained
 g Oatly oat creme fraiche (HCP added*)

Directions:


Boil the celeric in unsalted waterFry all of the raw ingredients together in the MCT oil (beware of the low flash point)
Then blend all of the ingredients together to a smooth single cream consistency
