Ingredients:
 g Cheese, Mozzarella, fresh
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g psyllium husk (HCP added*)
 g Sausage, Bavarian bratwurst, Dulano (HCP added*)
 ml Mayonnaise Hellmanns Full Fat (HCP added*)

Directions:

1/8 of this recipe = 1 snack
melt mozzarella in microwave for 20 seconds stir melt for longer if needed, then beat in  the rest of the ingredients until dough is formed.
Divide into 8 then make into as many pastry cases as you like.  
Cut each sausage in half.  Half a sausage is enough for 1 snack. Divide the mayonnaise into 8 portions (12g mayo per snack) 
Cook in in pre heated oven 180'c / fan 160'c / gas 4 for around 20mins 
Roll pastry between baking parchment as it makes it easier to roll
