Description: burgers 

Ingredients:
 g Beef, mince, raw
 g Boursin garlic and herb (HCP added*)
 g Oil, sunflower
 g Lettuce, average, raw
 ml Mayonnaise Hellmanns Full Fat (HCP added*)
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Pepper, capsicum, red, raw
 g Tomato ketchup

Directions:



mix mince and boursin garlic and herb together, form a burger
fry gently in oil for 4 mins each side until cooked. 
Serve with the lettuce, avocado, red pepper, mayonnaise and tomato ketchup
