Description: Blended mixture of pumpkin, beef, chick peas, curly kale and olive oil
Recipe for 1 portion 

Ingredients:
 g Pumpkin, flesh only, boiled in unsalted water
 g Curly kale, boiled in unsalted water
 g Oil, olive
 g Beans, chick peas, canned, re-heated, drained
 g Beef, braising steak, braised, lean only

Directions:

Braise the steak until tender.  Boil pumpkin & kale until soft.  Weigh all ingredients accurately using digital scales and blend all ingredients together with additional water until smooth and the consistency is suitable for giving via the PEG
