Sausage meat balls and cauliflower mash val m/f

Description:
Sausage and cauliflower mash with gravy.
Ingredients:
g Sausages, pork, The Black Farmer (HCP added*)
g Cauliflower, raw
g Butter, unsalted
ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
g Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot (HCP added*)
g Water, distilled
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Oil, olive
Directions:
1 in a frying pan add the oil over med/low heat.
2 weigh out the sauage and make into small rounds (like mini meatballs). fry in the hot oil.
3 in a pan boil the cauliflower until cooked, drain and mash with a folk add the butter and season to taste with salt and pepper.
4 once the meatballs are cooked add the double cream and stock pot stir to combine this will make the gravy,
5 mix the water with the ketocal to a paste and add to the meatball pan stir and heat for 1 minute,
6 serve the cauliflower mash and pour over the meatballs and gravy.
