4:1 Turkey bolognese - CC

Ingredients:
 g Anchovies, canned in oil, drained
 g Turkey mince 7% fat (HCP added*)
 g Black olives
 g Gia Sundried Tomatoe Paste (HCP added*)
 g Carrots, old, boiled in unsalted water
 g Celery, boiled in unsalted water
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Oil, olive
 g Maxijul super soluble (HCP added*)

Directions:

Boil carrot and celery and weigh out
Add all oil to a pan, add in anchovies and cook till they disintegrate
Add in chopped spring onion, cook till soft
Add minced turkey, tinned tomato and tomato puree
Once cooked, scrape all ingredients into a blender
Add in a pinch of dried herbs, the cooked carrot and celery, olives and maxijul
Blend to a smooth consistency, adding water if required
