RH 3:1 Smoked salmon roles with beetroot

Description: Boursin cheese, butter and MCT oil wrapped in smoked salmon with chopped beetroot. 

Ingredients:
 g Salmon, smoked (cold-smoked)
 g Butter, salted
 g Boursin garlic and herb (HCP added*)
 g Beetroot, boiled in unsalted water
 ml MCT Oil

Directions:

Mix butter, Boursin and oil together and roll up in smoked salmon. Chop beetroot and serve on side.
