Breakfast Blend easy to make breakfast blend
Ingredients:
g Almonds, flaked and ground
g Yogurt, Greek style, plain
ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
g Oil, olive
g Strawberries, raw
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and pulse until smooth
You can blend fruit, yogurt, cream and almonds together, then freeze until required
After defrosting, re-blend with water and ketocal 4:1 LQ until smooth
