Ingredients:
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Squash, butternut, baked
 g Chicken, light meat, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Beans, green, boiled in unsalted water

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 170deg.  Toss chopped chicken and butternut squash in oil, roast until the squash is soft and the chiken is cooked, turning occationally.
