Snack - prawn cocktail

Description:
Snack for school or home. 

Ingredients:
 g Prawns, standard, purchased cooked
 g Lettuce, average, raw
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 g Mayonnaise, standard, retail
 g Gia Sundried Tomatoe Paste (HCP added*)
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Lemon juice, fresh
 g Worcestershire sauce
 ml Calogen Neutral

Directions:


1. In a bowl, mix the mayo and tomato sauce with the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; season with salt and pepper.
2. Chop the avocado and cucumber into small diced cubes and mix into the sauce.
3. In a serving glass, place the shredded lettuce on the bottom and add the avocado mixture on top. 
4. Arrange the cooked prawns on the top. 
5. Serve straight away or chill in the fridge until needed.
