Waldorf salad

Description:
This traditional salad is great for Christmas and to make ahead of time, put in a lunch box or buffet or as a side dish. 

Ingredients:
 g Celery, raw
 g Apples, eating, dried
 g Grapes, green
 g Walnuts, kernel only
 g Mayonnaise, standard, retail
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)

Directions:


1. Chop the celery into small diced cubes, cut the grapes into 1/4, chop the walnuts into pieces, and cut the apple into diced cubes. 
2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and ketocal together - season with salt and pepper. 
3. Mix everything together ensuring an even covering in sauce.
4. Serve straight away or keep in the fridge until you're ready to enjoy
