Ingredients:
 g Beef, braising steak, braised, lean and fat
 g Swede, flesh only, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Knorr Beef Stock Pot (HCP added*)
 g Onions, raw
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Flour, wheat, white, plain, soft
 g Turnip, flesh only, raw
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1 dice the beef and coat in the flour, season with salt and pepper.
2 dice the carrot, onion, turnip, swede and mushrooms and place into a oven proof dish,
3 fry the beef in the oil until the outside is seared, place in the dish with the vegetables,
4 make up the stock pot with boiling water and poor over the beef and vegetables,
5 place into the oven and cook until the beef and veg are tender,
