 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw

 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 g Tomatoes, cherry, raw
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)
 g Butter, unsalted
