dairy free pancakes

Description: easy to batch cook and freeze until needed 

Ingredients:
 g fiber flour (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 ml alpro coconut milk no sugars long life (HCP added*)
 g Biona raw virgin coconut oil (HCP added*)

Directions:

1 in a bowl mix the flour and baking powder.
2 whisk in the egg, and milk,
3 melt the coconut oil and add half to the pancake mixture, 
4 to a small pan over med/low heat add the other half of the coconut oil.
5 spoon the pancake batter into the pan cook for a few minutes on each side till until golden repeat until all the batter is used.
