fiber flour pancake

easy to make great for snacks and breakfast
Ingredients:
g fiber flour (HCP added*)
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
g Butter, unsalted
Directions:
1 mix the flour, baking powder, ketocal in a bowl add the beaten egg and cream whisk until you have a smooth batter. ( add water if you need to thin down the pancake mixture a little at a time it should be the texture of thick cream.
2 melt the butter in a pan and add spoons of the mixture allow to set 3/4 minutes then flip over the pancakes, allow the other side to set 1/2 minutes.
3 eat hot or allow to cool and freeze until needed.
