LUNCH - halloumi salad with vinegarette

Description: Good for after swimming

Ingredients:
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 ml Cider Vinegar - Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Lemon juice, fresh
 g Mustard, wholegrain
 g Pepper, black
 g Salt
 g Cheese, Halloumi
 g Lettuce, average, raw
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 g Black olives
 g Tomatoes, cherry, raw
 g Eat Water Slim Pasta Fettucine (HCP added*)
 g Butter, salted

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients for the vinegarette and toss salad vegetables in 
2. Toss the pasta when cooked in butter
3. fry the halloumi
