Dinner - chicken with red peppers and olives

Ingredients:
g Pepper, capsicum, red, raw
g Chicken breast, raw (HCP added*)
g Black olives
g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
g Cauliflower, raw
g Butter, unsalted
g Oil, olive
g Stock cubes, chicken, made up with water
g Rosemary, fresh
g Greek style natural yoghurt (HCP added*)
g Hartley's Strawberry 10kcal jelly (HCP added*)
ml Cream, Double Asda (HCP added*)
g Blueberries
Directions:
1. Put the olive oil, puree, chicken, pepper, rosemary, olives, stock into a casserole and cook in the over at 180 degrees
2. Cook the calulower and mash with the bugger
3. Jelly, cream and blueberries for pudding
4. Yoghurt for meds.
