DINNER - sausage casserole

Description:
1. Cut the sauasage into pieces and fry in oil.
2. Fry the veg in the remaining oil and add garlic puree.
3. add the beef stockpot and some water and leave to simmer and cook through. season.
4. stir in the ketocal and warm through.
5. cube celeriac and boil until soft. Mash in the butter and grated cheese.
6. Serve the avocado and yoghurt with meds as pudding.
