2.5.1 group b cod in tomato sauce

Ingredients:
g Cod, flesh only, raw
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
g Butter, salted
g Mixed herbs, dried
g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Beans, green, raw
Directions:
1melt the butter.
2 top and tail the green beans add to a pan of water and simmer until cooked (or steam the green beans until tender)
3 in a bowl mix the tomatoes, cream, ketocal powder, mixed herbs and season to taste with salt and pepper,
4 brush half the melted butter into an oven proof baking dish and place on the cod.
5 top the cod with the tomato sauce, bake in a 170oc oven for 20 minutes or until the cod is fully cooked and the sauce is hot.
6 to serve toss the cooked beans in the other half of the melted butter and place on the side of the baked cod dish.
