Description: easy snack for lunch 

Ingredients:
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 g Carrots, young, raw
 g Hummus, Waitrose (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, Babybel (HCP added*)
 g Black olives
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1 in a bowl stir the olive oil into the hummus,
2 chop the cucumber and carrots and cheese into sticks or batons add to the plate with the oil.
