Description: easy snack 

Ingredients:
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 g Carrots, young, raw
 g Hummus, Waitrose (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, Babybel (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 g Black olives

Directions:

1 stir the olive oil into the hummus.
2 chop the cucumber, carrots and cheese into sticks or batons,
3 use the veg and cheese to dip in the hummus.
