Description: easy to make 

Ingredients:
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 g Hummus, Waitrose (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, Babybel (HCP added*)
 g Black olives
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1 stir olive oil into the hummus
2 chop the carrots, cucumber and cheese into sticks or batons,
3 use the veg sticks and olives and cheese to dip into the hummus
