4.1 scrambled egg

Description: quick and easy snack 

Ingredients:
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Butter, salted
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Mushrooms, white, raw

Directions:

1 in a bowl whisk the eggs and ketocal LQ season to taste with salt and pepper,
2 in a pan melt the butter over med/low heat, chop the mushrooms, and fry in the butter until soft.
3 add the egg mixture to the pan over low heat and stir until scrambled and cooked.
